Department of Mechanical Engineering (NBA Accredited) was established in year 2003. offering Bachelor of Technology degree with an intake of 120 students (I Shift). We aim to provide our students with a perfect blend of intellectual and practical experiences we have the best & well qualified dedicated faculty and staff members. The dedication and hard work of the faculty and staff members have given fruitful results.
The department has the most modern infrastructure to undertake high-end teaching, research and developmental activities department has well equipped laboratories with well-established workshop for training in Smithy, Carpentry, Welding, Fitting and Machine tools. A separate CENTER OF EXCELLENCE has been established which give the opportunity to the students to work on the software’s such as SOLID WORKS, ANSYS, COMSOL, Pro-ENGINEER, AutoCAD, MATLAB etc. Offering a selection of projects, seminars and training facilities besides technical visits to industrial enterprises and specialized lectures from industry specialists generates enormous potential and confidence among the students enabling them to independently handle the life size problems in their engineering careers. MoU’s (Memorandum of Understanding) are signed with various industries offering opportunity to the students to learn working culture of industry.
