Sewage Treatment Plant

Date of the event:2^nd August 2017
Venue: Sewage Treatment Plant-Delawas, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur
Objectives:The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the students with the procedure of municipal waste water treatment and reuse
Outcomes:STP Delawas has treatment capacity of 62.5 MLD and was established with an objective to follow the wastewater disposal standard set by RSPCB/CPCB.

Jantar Mantar Visit

Date of the event:26^th February 2018
Venue:Jantar Mantar, Jaipur
Objectives:The study of these monuments includes all their aspects, namely- historical, scientific and mathematical.
Outcome: As a part of the scientific aspect of the monuments and observatories, 120 students of civil branch went on this trip. The details of the historical monument Jantar Mantar, which is also an important part of our country’s scientific heritage, were explained to the students by the guide.

J-Techtrix

J-Techtrix was organized for B. Tech students of all years on April 08, 2017 during 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The objective of this exhibition was ‘The project-based learning’ (beyond the syllabus). It provided a platform to the students to learn various experimental as well as theoretical aspects of various physical phenomena of science and technology.
